Half- day：3 to 3.5 hours

Half- day：morning: Between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.／afternoon: after 1:00 p.m.
One- day：after 8:00 a.m.
- Additional fees may apply depending on the tour content.
- If you are attending with infants or young children, or have other concerns, please let us know at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to worsening weather conditions or the appearance of brown bears. In such cases, no refunds will be made after the tour has started.
- The tour will be held even if it rains or snows a little, but in case of very bad weather, we may decide to cancel the tour before departure. No cancellation fee will be charged in such cases.

If you wish to go to the Shiretoko Five Lakes in winter during your One- day charter, we can arrange it in the morning or afternoon.
Outdoor activities that deal with nature are based on self-responsibility.
Be prepared in advance and take good care of yourself.
If you are unsure about your equipment or physical fitness, please be sure to inquire in advance.
Ski-Shoe, would you like to try it?
Ski-Shoe Experience is limited to one group only! Only those who apply for a private Order-made tour with 1-4 people are allowed.
- Please be sure to let us know at the time of reservation if you wish to experience Ski-Shoeing.
- A separate rental fee of 500 yen per person will be charged.
- Ski-Shoe use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that even if there are reservations available for a private order-made tour, Ski-Shoe may not be available.
Experience walking on drift ice!
The drift ice walking experience is an option only for those who have registered for a private tour.
- Please be sure to inform us of everyone's [height, weight and shoe size] at the time of reservation.
- Height：150-185 cm／Weight：90 kg or less／Age：70 or younger
- The number and size of dry suits are limited. We will only accept dry suits if you let us know your size and we can provide you with a dry suit.
- Even if there are reservations available for private tours, they may not be available due to the number of dry suits.
- An additional dry suit rental fee of 2,500 yen per person will be charged.

Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel.
If you cancel for your own reasons, cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- 14 days ago - 8 days ago · · · 30%
- 7 days ago - The day before ... 50%
- On the day of the tour ... 100%
* If you contact us to cancel after our business hours (7:00 PM), it will be processed as the following day.
* No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled before the start of the tour due to inclement weather.
Reservations for the day before the tour are accepted by phone only.
