※ 営業時間（19:00）を過ぎてからご連絡いただいた場合は翌日扱いとなります。

※ 悪天候によりツアー開始前に中止の判断をさせていただいた場合はキャンセル料は発生しません。

• ヒグマの出没や天候の悪化によりツアーを途中で中止させていただく場合がございます。その場合の返金はございません。ご了承の上ご参加ください。
• 自然の中での遊びです。ガイドは様々な危険性を考え安全にご案内しますが基本的に“自己責任”です。
• 身体にハンディキャップがある、持病がある、骨折している、妊娠している、体調に不安があるなどの事由がある方は必ず事前にお知らせ下さい。万が一、事前申告がなくこのような事実が原因で事故が発生した場合は一切の責任は負えません。
• ツアー中は必ずガイドの指示に従ってください。指示に従っていただけない場合はご参加をお断りさせていただきます。
• 飲酒をされてのご参加はご遠慮下さい。森の中での喫煙も禁止です。

The price includes guide fees, insurance, and sales tax.

Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the tour details (e.g., parking fees, rental equipment, etc.).

Please pay the guide in cash on the day of the tour.

Credit cards and mobile payment apps are not accepted.

All participants are required to have accident insurance.

The coverage details are as follows:

Death or permanent disability: 5 million yen per person

Daily hospitalization benefit: 3,000 yen per person

Daily outpatient benefit: 2,000 yen per person

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, we recommend that you also purchase separate accident or travel insurance.

* If you contact us to cancel after our business hours (7:00 PM), it will be processed as the following day.

* No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled before the start of the tour due to inclement weather.

• The tour may be cancelled in the middle of the tour due to the appearance of brown bears or worsening weather conditions, no refunds will be issued in such cases. Please acknowledge that.
• Please inform us in advance if you are concerned about your health condition or have a chronic disease.
• We go into nature. The guide will take into account various risks and guide you safely, but you are basically “on your own”.
• Pregnant women and those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to attend.
